A great Corporate Wellness Program increases productivity and reduces absenteeism due to injury and illness. Even small amounts of exercises has been shown to improve energy levels, increase strength and mobility, improve sleep and enhance mood and mental well being. Wellness programs often increase morale by strengthening an organization’s culture and helping to build employee pride, trust, and commitment.
My program is effective for employees in all work environments, from offices, where training can mitigate the negative effects of sedentary desk work, to busy work sites where the focus is on injury-avoidance through job specific warm-ups, strength and mobility exercises.

Where possible, a wellness presentation will be provided that covers the overall purpose of the program and key learning tools.
